What is the main difference between evaporator and condenser of high salt wastewater?
Is there usually a large nozzle outside the evaporator of high salinity wastewater, but a small condenser?
1. Condenser, evaporator and compressor are outdoors. Intake and return water pipes are the same. Generally, they are 100 pipes, which contain water [that is, refrigerant is water]. The indoor machine has two 25 or 32 pipes connected. One is the intake pipe and the other is the outlet pipe. Another small pipe is a drain pipe. In winter, the water temperature inside the pipe is about 70 degrees, and the temperature is blown indoors through the indoor evaporator. In summer, the opposite is true.
2. The central air-conditioner usually uses refrigerant water as the medium to transfer the cooling capacity. The refrigerant water exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the evaporator of the refrigeratory. After releasing heat to the refrigerant, the refrigerant water is conveyed to various air-conditioning devices through pumps and pipes for heat exchange with the treated air. After that, the refrigerant water is returned to the evaporator of the refrigeratory through the return water pipe, and so on.
3. The compressor discharges high temperature and high pressure superheated steam into the condenser. The steam dissipates heat to the environment medium [air or water] in the condenser and cools into high pressure superheated liquid. After throttle valve decompression and throttling, it sprays into the evaporator in a saturated vapor state, absorbs the heat of refrigerant water, and then turns into low temperature and low pressure saturated steam, which is sucked back by the compressor and circulated.
The shell side of evaporator for high salt wastewater is water and the tube side is refrigerant; the condenser is just the opposite. Appearance difference is not big, but the material of evaporator tube box is generally better than that of supercondenser. If the head box is cast, it is usually a condenser.
