Circulating Cooling Crystallization and Recovery System
The powder fails through the feed of the fluid bed onto the sieve disk (which has wavy gill holes). The dehumidified air blows into the air chamber of the fluid bed from three openings and under the joint effect of the vibrator. The powder is moved evenly toward the discharge mouth in a boiling-like state and thus is subject to secondary drying and cooling as well as re-agglomeration of the particles. Through spraying the powder with lecithin, the final product can be made readily solube.
The device is mainly used in the secondary drying, cooling, particle re-agglomeration and lecithin spraying of milk powder, soybean flour and other powder materials in the dairy product, medicine and chemistry industries.
