Working Principle:
  Through recycling and controlling the vacuum degree, it adjusts the temperature of the saturate solvent and reduces the speed, and then crystallizes through refrigeration; the control of crystallization temperature and time of the materials as well as the agitator speed and cooling area are the key factors deciding the size, appearance and crystal grains. The body of the multi-level vacuum crystallizer is mainly a conical container, through which the magma flows proplled by the circulating pump and the steam room in the upper part of the various chambers are individually connected with the vacuum system. When the temperature of the solvent reaches under the saturation temperature, the crystal begins precipitating and the crystal grains suspending and developing and gradually flowing with the fluid. After the operation, the mixture of the crystal and mother liquid are let into the DTB cooler or cooling crystallizer through the material discharging valve and the crystal grains are cooled and crystallized again in the crystallizer; when the large temperature and grain uniformity are reached, the mixture is discharged into the magma through for settlement before being filtered to separate the crystals and the mother liquid. The major strength of the crystallizing device are its simple structure and insulated evaporation and cooling of its solution system, as well as the small heat transmitting surface which helps avoid gathering of the crystals on the surface. The system can also easily realize automatic control to cope with the requirement for the crystallization of various materials.
