Working Principle:
  Through circular vacuum cooling, the temperature of the solvent is quickly lowered to the point where the solvent saturates rapidly and precipitates crystal grains which are then discharged into the cooling crystalizer where the temperature is lowered to allow even growth of the crystals, which then in turn are let into the setting tank for further development; the control of crystallization temperature and time of the materials as well as the agitator speed and cooling area are the key factors deciding the size, appearance and crystal grains. This device has a dedicated crystallizer, the body of which is a conical container, in which the material liquid is placed and boiled violently through flash evaporation and the vapor of the solvent is discharged from the top pf the container into an injector or other vacuum devices. Through circulation, the temperature of the solvent is evenly distributed and the crystal grains are suspended in the fluid, which through DTB or OSLO cooling and crystallization settle the bottom of the cone after thorough growth. The mixture of the crystals and mother liquid are let into the magma through the material discharging valve and are filtered before the crystal grains are separated with the mother liquid. The major strength of the crystallizing device are its simple structure and insulated evaporation and cooling of its solution system, as well as the small heat transmitting surface which helps avoid gathering of the crystals on the surface. The system can also easily realize automatic control to cope with the requirement for the crystallization of various materials.
